PLF

Overview Brochure
The PLF powered pallet truck is a perfect partner for your operation, and its versatility means it's just as useful for loading and unloading as it is for internal transport.
Like the rest of the P series of trucks, the PLF is built on a heavy-duty chassis with an integrated bumper that won't let you down in intense operations. This machine is available in three chassis sizes - Mini, Junior and Senior - which make room for different battery sizes. The Mini and Junior sizes are available with either fully-integrated Li-ION batteries or lead-acid batteries, while the Senior size is designed to fit larger lead-acid batteries for intense operations.
The PLF comes equipped with a dampened folding platform, which allows the driver to operate comfortably and quickly while standing on the truck. Folding side protection bars also come as standard, providing an extra level of safety and operability for the driver.

Two models of the PLF are available, which offer lift capacities of 2,000 or 2,500 kilograms. And like the other trucks in the P series, it has been designed with our traction, damping and stability (TDS) concept in mind, which ensures excellent truck performance in all conditions - even when the driving surface is wet or uneven.

Three chassis sizes for every operation

The PLF, PLR and PLS are available with three different chassis lengths - Mini, Junior and Senior. This is to make room for different battery sizes, ensuring you can find a machine that can meet the needs of your operation.

The Mini and Junior sizes can accommodate both fully-integrated Li-ION batteries or lead-acid batteries. The Senior model can fit larger lead-acid batteries, for intense operations when long running time between charges is important.

The Mini model is the shortest pallet truck on the market today - so even if you operate in tight spaces, the Mini will give you room to maneuver.

Traction, dampening and stability

The P series has been designed with our patent-pending traction, dampening and stability (TDS) concept in mind. Loading and unloading is the most demanding application for truck and driver. Requirements like maximum traction, damping and stability are not usually easy to combine, but the TDS concept provides excellent traction even in wet conditions. In addition to that, the truck also offers outstanding damping when travelling over uneven surfaces and great stability when cornering, even with high loads.

It was possible to solve these difficult challenges through a deep understanding of the application and the development of new, advanced technologies.

Shared components ensure maximum uptime

Our low lifters are built with a clear shared component strategy in mind. During the design process, our engineers ensure that as many components as possible are shared between multiple models. This means that our service technicians need to carry fewer components with them, making it more likely they will have the required component when maintenance is needed.

For you, this means a higher number of issues can be fixed on the first service visit, ensuring much higher uptime and increase productivity for your whole operation.

A range of steering options

The P series of trucks have a range of steering options that suit every kind of operation.

The PLF is equipped with mechanical steering as standard via its long tiller arm, allowing for easy steering in low-intensity operations. However, power steering is available as an option.

The PLR has power steering and a shorter tiller arm. With this option, steering comfort, control and precision is increased. There is no physical control between the tiller arm and the drive wheel with this option, meaning bumps and vibrations from the drive wheel are not transferred to the tiller arm.

The PLS has EControl steering as standard, and it's optionally available for the PLR as well. Instead of a tiller, this system uses a shorter, scooter-style arm that offers excellent ergonomics and excellent control.

Dampened platforms for every application

When you choose the P series, you get a range of platform options to choose from.

On the PLF, the dampened platforms and side protection bars provide a safe and comfortable space for the driver to operate from, even when they are travelling over longer distances. However, they can also be folded away, dramatically reducing the truck's footprint and allowing it to operate in tighter spaces.

With the PLR, the platform is fixed and can be accessed from the rear, which gives the driver excellent side protection. It's well-dampened and is optionally available with electrically adjustable dampening, which increases ergonomics and driver comfort.

The PLS has a side-entry fixed platform. This design is particularly suited to order picking, where the driver often needs to get off the truck and go to one side to pick an item. The fixed platforms have a low step-in height, meaning it's easier to get on and off. With the PLS, this low height also means the driver can easily walk through the truck if they need to pick an item on the other side of the aisle.
